If I could name the top 5 things that I hate most in this world, right at the top would be income taxes. I hate it so much so that I always wait til the last minute to do them. So naturally, I was adding up receipts back in mid April. But this year the very day I had planned to work on taxes, was the day I got a call from my brother that my Mom had been taken to the hospital. So we had to file an extension.
Now it’s 3 months later and I am once again faced with that dreaded task. I have no idea whether we will get money back or have to pay. But for the next few days I will be working on this dreaded task. And once again I have put it off to the last minute. I am not normally a procrastinator but honestly, I think I would give up a big refund just to not have to file a return.
