Daughter Ann B. sent the photo of the Dupitrin’s Contracture surgery. It looks very familiar inasmuch as I had the very same surgery about 20 years ago–and could use it again on my left hand. However, as long as there is no tendon pull on the fingers, I will wait. Pain would shoot into my hand when it was lower than my heart. For sleeping, we had to move the bed adjacent to the wall so that the wall would be a prop and keep my hand higher the heart. Healing will take some time but hang in there. The Lord will comfort.

Glad to hear he’s doing well. I was going to ask you via a comment how he was doing, and right about then you posted the update. I remember how glad my dad was that he had the surgery done.

Thanks for the update! Glad he didn’t have alot of pain during the night. We’ll continue to pray for a smooth recovery….and that he’ll be still!!

Does he have Dupytrin’s Contracture? My dad had that and had the surgery. It worked well. I’ll remember Charlie in prayer tomorrow.
